LED Membrane switch 

 

This is a LED embedded membrane switch . 

 

A : Structure of menbrane circuit board.

 

1. Materials: The most commonly used base materials are polyester (PET) and polycarbonate (PC).

 

2. Rear Adhesive: 3M 467MP, 3M 468MP, etc.

 

3. Matching color: Pantone and RAL color matching system.

 

4. Tail, pin and circuit layout : subject to customers detailed requests.

5. Dome : Metal dome and Poly dome .

                 (Select different specification of metal dome according to the design and customer request,

                  such as round, triangle, foursquare, rectangle and ellipse.)

6. Touching : flat or tactile                        

                        Is determined by the thickness of the overlayer. Normally between 0.06” -0.08".

7. Assembled with SMD, LED, resistors and connectors ,etc.
